This gun is amazingly light weight. It’s about 10 ounces lighter than a Smith and Wesson Model 69 and holds 6 rounds instead of 5 and only an ounce and a half heavier than a Model 329PD. Other reviewers have said the recoil isn’t that bad. I respectfully disagree! Shooting Hornady 225gr Leverevolution rounds, I was only able to fire three shots before I put it up, lol. With the light weight, the recoil is more of a violent slap to your palm than a heavy push. But the gun shoots great and the fit and finish on mine is really good.
If you want a really lightweight 44 Magnum but don’t want to buy a 329PD, I think this is the one to get. It really is light and holds more rounds than a Taurus Tracker or Smith and Wesson Model 69. When you factor in the price – $419 – it’s a no brainer.
